As Regional Planning Director at OgilvyAction Gareth works across shopper marketing,
e-commerce, and activation programs taking responsibility for helping clients utilize digital touch points to create purchase behavior. His current clients include Diageo, Kimberly Clark, Intel, Unilever, and HuaWei.
He moved to Asia from New York in 2011 where he headed digital in North America for OgilvyAction as well as running Mobile@Ogilvy across the Ogilvy group. He has extensive FMCG experience and has worked closely with retailers’ online and mobile platforms helping brands leverage opportunities to activate shoppers through their journey to and in store. His clients have included Unilever, NewBalance, TimeWarnerCable, American Express, and Avon.
Gareth previously held the position of Interactive Marketing Director, OgilvyOne, working with Kodak, TDAmeritrade, SAP, Morgan Stanley, and Zurich Insurance.
Beyond Ogilvy, Gareth has worked in digital since 1999 across web development and marketing programs for Fort Point Partners and TBWA\TEQUILA on brands such as Absolut, Estee Lauder, Sprint/Nextel and Masterfoods.
