Part of the larger New Digital Economics EMEA Executive Brainstorm, this workshop will build on output from the Digital Entertainment 2.0 Exec Brainstorms held in Los Angeles, Palo Alto and London and new research and ‘use case’ development from business model innovation firm STL Partners.
The Digital Entertainment 2.0 Initiative looks at new business models for film, TV and games in a multi-screen, 3D/HD, mobile world.

Any successful entertainment service relies on licensing content from the major Movie and TV studios. This session explores the current (and likely future) strategies of the major studios towards licensing of their content to the major online players using Apple, Netflix and Hulu as case studies.
