Roger Pavane, Managing Partner, Fractionality.com

Roger Pavane is a digital media, commerce and technology veteran with over 20 years experience in the new emerging media and interactive mobile/online/digital technology space. Roger’s background sits at the crossroads of mobile technology, digital media, e-commerce, mobile payments, loyalty, advertising and location based services.

Roger is currently Managing Partner of Fractionality.com serving emerging media and technology companies helping them execute business and revenue strategies. Roger was Senior Vice President at PayOne and responsible for their global mobile e-commerce and payments focusing on the mobile and online consumer internet space.

Roger previously served as Executive Vice President Online Advertising for Myxer an on-line and mobile entertainment company. Roger also served as Senior Vice President at Mamma.com USA a search and on-line/mobile media web 2.0 search and media ad platform company. Roger was co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of 1 Rage Mobile Media, a mobile digital interactive media platform company acquired by a Japanese investment concern. Roger also served as Senior Vice President for Index ($2B valuation; JASDAQ: INDX) owned Mobile media, marketing and content group where he drove growth of on-line and mobile marketing and content services revenues.

Roger is a key evangelizer of leveraging both the creative and emerging media and technology elements to build relationships with both brands and digital merchants. Roger has been instrumental in working with American Idol, Fremantle Media, Fox, Coke, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T, Rhapsody Music, Sony, SnapMylife, SiriusXM, and many others to establish mobile commerce, new emerging mobile media advertising, loyalty and couponing strategies and methodologies.

Prior to this Roger served as Senior Vice President of a Liberty Media (NYSE: L, LMC.B) owned (LBS) media location platform company where he lead the start-up company to record growth and expanded its market reach. Previous to Liberty Media Roger served as Senior Vice President and COO for ORA Electronics, a mobile wireless technology design and manufacturing corporation and prior to this was a technology analyst for JP Morgan in New York.

Roger is a graduate of CUNY, New York, and holds a BSEE. Active board member of many industry organizations including CTIA, MMA, MEF, iMedia, Digital Hollywood, and many others.
